Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: Since our footwear often undergoes final quality checks and hand-finishing, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
  • Transit Time: * Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
  • Pre-Orders: For bespoke or pre-order items, delivery timelines will be mentioned specifically on the product page.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid fake orders, we have a small advance confirmation amount for COD orders:

For Orders Up to ₹2000

  • If your total order value is ₹2000 or less, you need to pay ₹100 in advance.
  • This ₹100 is not an extra charge.
  • It is included in your total order amount.
  • This amount is taken as a delivery confirmation fee and will be adjusted in your final bill.

For Orders Above ₹2000

  • If your total order value is more than ₹2000, you need to pay ₹200 in advance.
  • This ₹200 is not an extra charge.
  • It is included in your total order amount.
  • This amount is taken as a delivery confirmation fee and will be adjusted in your final bill.

100% Prepaid Offer

  • If you choose to pay 100% in advance (Prepaid Order), you will get an instant ₹100 discount on your order.

No advance confirmation fee is required for prepaid orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Mr.Vik footwear is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with aTracking IDand a link to follow your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address.

Address Changes:

We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
