We provide a 20-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product
Your footwear must be eligible for an exchange and:
- Brand new, never worn.
- As received in the same condition.
- Returned in original packaging with tags.
Non-Qualifying Products
Custom created and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Once the item arrives with us, our team will verify it for compliance with the exchange conditions.
Step 3: Reconcile
- Size of Exchange: Want a different size? Subject to availability, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Production Problem: We will arrange for a repair or replacement upon examination if a manufacturing defect is present.

3-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee:
- Sole pasting difficulties.
- Problems with sole cracking.
- Defects in manufacture.
In case of any difficulty, please provide high-quality images to our team for a quicker response.
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, water damage, misuse, or damage due to external sources.
