Shipping Timelines

• Processing Time: Since our footwear often undergoes final quality checks and hand-finishing, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

• Transit Time: * Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.

• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

• Pre-Orders: For bespoke or pre-order items, delivery timelines will be mentioned specifically on the product page.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above across India.

• COD Orders: A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee of delivery e.g., ₹99 may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Mr.Vik footwear is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to follow your shipment in real-time.

Important Notes

• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address.

Address Changes: We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
