Return & Exchanges
20 Day Exchange Simplified
We provide a 20-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product
Your footwear must be eligible for an exchange and:

Brand new, never worn.

As received in the same condition.

Returned in original packaging with tags.
Non-Qualifying Products
Custom created and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Size of Exchange
Want a different size? Subject to availability, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Production Problem
We will arrange for a repair or replacement upon examination if a manufacturing defect is present.

In case of any difficulty, please provide high-quality images to our team for a quicker response.
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, water damage, misuse, or damage due to external sources.
Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be processed following approval and examination of the returned product.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Your bank or payment provider will determine the credit timetable, and it may take longer.
