At Mr.Vik, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

A. Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeline: We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the footwear must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received. It must be in the original premium packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

B. The Process

  2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  3. Resolution: * Exchange: If you need a different size, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability).

    • Refund: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

C. Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event of a craftsmanship flaw, Mr.Vik offers a 3-month limited warranty covering stitching and sole bonding. Please reach out to us with photos of the defect for a priority repair or replacement.
