A. Returns & Exchanges

Timeline: We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible, the footwear must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received. It must be in the original premium packaging with all tags intact.

Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

C. Manufacturing Defects
