Why is prepaid cheaper?

Prepaid orders cost us less to process — no confirmation call, no failed delivery, no return freight. We pass that saving straight back with a flat 10% off using code SAVE10, plus free shipping across India.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

COD is available across India. To keep fake orders out, there is a small advance — ₹100 for orders up to ₹2,000 and ₹200 above that. This is not an extra charge: it is deducted from your final bill, so you pay the balance to the courier.

Is the leather real?

Yes. Every pair uses real leather — full-grain, milled or suede depending on the style. The exact upper, sole and construction are listed on each product page under Material.

What if the size is wrong?

You have a 20-day exchange window from delivery. The pair must be unworn and in its original box with tags. Email mrvikofficials@gmail.com or call +91 94104 66388 and we will arrange the swap, subject to availability.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are hand-finished and quality-checked, so allow 1–3 working days to dispatch. After that: 3–5 days to metros and tier-1 cities, 5–7 days to the rest of India. You get a tracking link by email and SMS.
